Description
Arcanna, of the Squadron Supreme, from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, Update '89. Issue 1, page 11. Unlike most of the OHOTMU and DOHOTMU issues, for the eight Appendix '89 issues, they seem to have pasted the text pieces right on to the original art. So, yes, this is indeed the original art, despite the fact that this has the text on it where most other OHOTMU pages don't.

Okay, all the members of the Squadron Supreme are supposed to be homages to the Justice League, right? So I'm guessing this is Marvel's version of Zatanna. In any case, really great artwork.
