Description
The first of two pages I have from the 1954 story "The Last of the Barons" illustrated by Tom Peddie. Peddie (born 1871) was an exceptional Scottish illustrator and cartoonist who contibuted to the Strand, Red Magazine, and Punch beginning in the 1890s. This story comes from the end of his career as he died the same year as this comic was published.
