I'd last met Barry at UKCAC in 1995 when he did a friend of mine a pencilled Azrael Stetch, and so have been after one ever since. This was my number 1 priority from Thought Bubble so queued up first thing, but still spent most of the day queing for this. This was the first drawing in my new sketch book - so setting the bar very high & hence the comment from Barry.

I had some reference with me (Azreal 24 cover http://www.comicbookdb.com/issue.php?ID=33283) - which Barry didn't see but somehow he was able to recreate the exact piucture i wanted without being asked!

Barry was a real gent, and even though I queued for most of the day, it was worth it. He even gave out "sketch club" shot glasses to everyone in his queue.
