DescriptionBack in the 90s one of the coolest gimmicks they did was the sideways 2-part crossover between McFarlane's Spider-Man #16 and Liefeld's X-Force #4. This series was built into X-Force #1 and led up to for 3 issues, culminating in McFarlane's final Marvel work. This page I always loved with a great Shatterstar and team shot, Spider-Man on the wall. I seem to recall it was even used for a t-shirt that said "A Force to be Reckoned With". As an aside, the original art is actually cut and reattached to the header information of the page, making me wonder if it had to be done for printing. Price on back: Social/Sharing |

Amazing! I'd love to have a page from those sideways issues. I think Eric Larsen Inked some of those.

Liefeld at his best! Congrats on finding this one. I actually really like the spidey on this page. Perhaps it's the textured background behind him.

I loved how Rob framed this shot, his inking from this era still has great appeal to me.

Fabulous sideways splash page by Rob Liefeld for X-Force! Stunnning action-packed page with Shatterstar and the whole team joining forces with Spider-Man! Got that whole '90s vibe going on here! Great pick-up, congrats!
