Supreme 49 page 1

Back in the 1990’s (when I did comics more regularly) I got to work on an issue of Supreme (Issue 49) written by Alan Moore, penciled by Rick Veitch, letters by Todd Klein and inks by me. Going through some old boxes in my studio turned up Rick’s original pencils and my inks on them.

This was one of those rush jobs where I got the eight pages of pencils on Friday afternoon and turned them around for Monday so Fed Ex could get them back to the publisher. Sadly, the printer inserted the wrong frontispiece (from 47 or 48?) and I didn’t receive inking credit until the letters page in issue 50 or 51.

I inked these pages primarily with a Hunt 103 quill
