Description
i commissioned an artist in california named Hao Phong to draw this after i won an auction from him on ebay. he was very professional and very conscientious. he sent a preliminary sketch, and i loved it. but he had a slight problem with one detail, and he did extra work on his own initiative. he was fast and communicative. i recommend him highly!
