"The Devil You Say?" Amazing Spider-man 567 page 3 by Phil Jimenez

No one captures the spectrum of human emotion quite as deftly as Phil Jimenez. I loved the concept behind Amazing Spider-man 566 and 567 in which a case of mistaken identity compels Peter Parker to borrow Matt Murdock’s Daredevil costume (sans eye coverings) in order to rescue his pal, Vin, from the clutches of Kraven’s daughter while at the same time having to circumvent a fighting-mad Vermin. To me, this page encapsulated the intrigue of the concept and the tangible fear that Peter experiences as he races against the clock to prevent an innocent from suffering a dire fate that was intended for him. You can almost feel the exhaustion and anguish in that last panel. Brilliant work, Mr. Jimenez and Mr. Lanning!
