Description

Greg La Rocque did it again. Building on the chessboard motif, he took the original cover and very simply reveals, the price of been a hero is often the ultimate price. The post Zero Hour Star Boy falls in battle with the Time Trapper. Greg does amazing work and is a good guy to set up your commissions with.
Russell Payne built on Greg's work and adds to the pathos of the scene..

Glad you like it. All the chapter titles in this series are bona fide chess term & moves. The Poisoned Pawn Variation is any of several chess opening variations where a pawn is said to be "poisoned" because its capture can result in positional problems or material loss for the captor.

Stand by for some more fun stuff. In just 2 weeks, this story takes up where we left off and we go all the way to the end . Greg provides very cool visuals in some of the upcoming chapters.
