This one is from David Marquez who is best known up to this point with his run on Ultimate Spider-man Vol. 2. It is an Artists Proof.

David draws the majority of his interior artwork digitally at extremely high resolution. As part of his process, he then creates these black and white giclée proofs to judge the quality of the finished art.

I got a chance to meet him at Austin Books and Comics and then assist in setting up an event at America's Heroes Comics, Killeen TX by simply asking.

He's an amazingly nice guy and I was fortunate enough to have both this print as well as a pice of original art on the cover of an Amazing Spider-man which I am still waiting to come back from CGC.
