The Dam Keeper is the working title for a short film by Robert Kondo and Dice Tsutsumi. The artists raised funds by putting some of their concept art up for auction on ebay.

Update for December 2014: Robert and Dice finished the film and it is screening at film festivals around the world winning numerous awards. The Dam Keeper is one of 10 animated shorts eligible for Academy Award nominations. Dice and Robert have set up Tonko House as their own independent film company.
