I got this at the Alex Ross booth at SDCC 2013. It doesn't say that it's the figure design for the DC Elseworlds series Nightstar figure, but that's obviously what it is, whether Ross drew it with that in mind or DC used it for that purpose afterwards. Below are the best shots I could find from the four angles. The side shots are the same one flipped horizontally. The resemblance is actually closer since the figure is poseable and the shots are posed slightly differently from the drawings. The only obvious differences are an open right hand, less elaborate epaulettes in the back, slightly different hair, she's slightly slimmer and she's standing flat-footed.
Of course, this might be the first in a series; this one pencilled, one inked and one full color.
