Jurgens is such a great artist that it sometimes overshadowed the fact that he's also a great writer. I really enjoyed his original run and Superman has yet to recover from since he'd left.

Thanks, I would have to agree with you about the Superman run. After he keft there were a few hits and many misses. Plus,back then Jurgens was writing and drawing and writing both, Superman, JLA and the occasional mini series. I could not say how books are now though because, I walked away when NU52 and Marvel now hit. It's just not the same anymore it became much worse.
