The Justice League of America - Zatanna, Hawkwoman and Black Canary - in Color

I'd like to thank JL McCoy for turning me on to Scott's work. Scott's been offering commissions via eBay and JL'd had him do this very nice Beast piece for him and I had to go and grab something for myself :) This is the second of two Justice League commissions Scott's done for me. This one, like the first, was inspired by my coming across a copy of the '82 DC style guide that Jose Louis Garcia Lopez did. This one has Zatanna "You're Just Not Cool Unless You've Got A Bug On Your Head", Hawkwoman and Black Canary. This looks really cool in person and I don't know if you can really see it here but there's a really cool Guy Davis vibe to Canary's face going on that I really like (that's an awful lot of really's for 1 sentence). Very happy to have found Scott's work.

Javi's been doing some great coloring work (check out my Sphinx / Galactus by Mitch or
or Rob Shalda's Space Ghost / Nova commission) and I knew that I wanted to get something else done. I think these two were a great choice. Great work from Scott and Javi's really done a nice job. I've posted the "modern" version and the old school Lopez style-guidey looking one is below.
