Donna Troy in Grail commision

This is a first for me. Having an Artist i know from an actual comic book do a commission for me. After seeing so much of Darryl's work elsewhere on this site i emailed him about a job. He was friendly and nice and after a couple of emails i realized i had an opportunity to have something special made. He drew Green Lantern Kyle's time as the GL and Kyle had a girlfriend for awhile there that i loved since i saw her ages ago. So Donna Troy as the subject was perfect.

What made this a Grail for me was, as a kid i saw a painting in the home decorations department at Sears of a lovely brunette ona rockon the beach at night wearing nothing but a sheet or nightshirt. I loved the image but there was no way my parents would buy a sexy painting for a 12 year old. So decades later that image haunts my mind. I can't find it anywhere so now i have an chance to recreate it.

Darryl took my description and tweaked it to my delight.Now i just need to get Tom Smith to color it for me to give it that night time look.
