Is there a reason why the Punisher is smoking? Something he has never done before since he would have died of cancer by now... or is this coming from someone who doesn't have any real info on the character since that's thy number 1 reason why characters get screwed up...

Superb ! I think he should have smoked big cigars + unlegal stuff from his 1st app. on ! And he laughs about cancer or any other form of death as a true comic hero!
