Spider-man vs. Doctor Octopus by Mike Esposito

I bought this piece from fellow comicartfan member, Larry Clay. This a commission by Mike Esposito who was the first man to ink Spider-man after co-creator Steve Ditko left the series. Mike Esposito had inked Amazing Spider-man over John Romita, Gil Kane, Ross Andru, Sal Buscema, Keith Pollard. This commission is a recreation of a panel in Amazing Spider-man #158 that Ross Andru pencilled and Mike Esposito had inked. Sadly, Mike Esposito died in 2010. I feel very fortunate to have this piece in my collection. Thanks, Larry!
