Ahab by Pierre Alary

A very nice double spread sketch by Pierre Alary done Inside his lastest project, an adaption of Moby Dick.

This has been a long in the works project for mr Alary and the result is amazing. The book is printed directly from the pencilled pages. The fact that it was not inked gives a great spontaneity to the whole package.

This is obviously a very proud Ahab along his obsessive nemesis in the background.
