This is the THUNDEROUS Original Cover Art to SHAZAM!: THE NEW BEGINNING #1 (April 1987), penciled and inked by the amazing Tom Mandrake. SHAZAM!: THE NEW BEGINNING was a 4 issue mini-series that re-introduced Captain Marvel into the DC Universe following the events of CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS and preceding LEGENDS.

NOTE: Compare the original artwork to the published comic book - for some reason Billy Batson's face was redrawn by another artist prior to publication. Tom Mandrake's drawing of Billy Batson's face was published unaltered on the DC House Ad.
