Spider-Girl is May "Mayday" Parker, the spider-powered daughter of Peter and Mary Jane Watson-Parker. This issue was reprinted as SPIDER-GIRL #0 (Oct. 1998). The Cover has been autographed by Stan Lee, Ron Frenz, Pat Olliffe and writer/co-creator Tom DeFalco.
