Description

"mon frère sacrifié" est une oeuvre réalisée par David B. dans la continuité de son récit autobiographique: l'Ascension du Haut Mal. Une illustration cathartique des "petites morts" vécues par son frère aîné, aux travers de ses crises épileptiques, avec toute la dimension esthétique de son univers...
Cette oeuvre a été initialement présentée à La Cité internationale de la bande dessinée d'Angoulême, dans le cadre de l'exposition : "Une autre histoire : bande dessinée,l’œuvre peint",en 2012.
Un véritable coup de coeur dès que je l'ai vue!

Fascinating. I know nothing of the artist or his intent, but the words "Et tu, Brute?" immediately popped into my mind.
