Description

Fight page from Master of Kung Fu #45. Part One: The Death Seed! (Marvel, Oct 1976).
Shang-Chi and Clive Reston confront Fah Lo Suee (Fu's evil daughter who is herself fighting Fu) and her bad boys Bolo and Kimba. She informs her two opponents that Petrie is the mole and invites them to join her. Reston is eager but Shangi-Chi refuses. Leiko escapes and saves the two from execution. Clive leaps aboard Fah Lo Suee's escape launch and discovers the shocking identity of Tarrant.
This is the first issue of a six-part storyline culminating in Master of Kung Fu #50. Each issue is narrated by a different character - this one by Shangi-Chi.
I used to think that Dan Adkins and Jack Abel were the perfect inkers for Paul Gulacy, but this is absolutely top notch inking as well.

Great page from a truly great comic. Would that Moench/Gulacy had given us another hundred issues of MOKF! Marcos' inks are just right on this fine page!
