Since I loved the issue and it looks great on my wall :)

The majority of production pieces are from reprints and trade paper back versions of the issues. This is unlikely to be from the original printing of the issue.

Production Art: Great Tips from George "SpaceTrash"

Those of you who are thinking about buying transparencies I would caution you about a couple of things:
1. Some dealers make copies of transparencies and resell them.
2. Read the fine print of the descriptions carefully one seller on ebay that I've bought a ton of pieces from it turns out is really selling transparencies from reprint edition of issues (reprints, trade paper backs, etc) and not the production work. So even if it seems like a lot of text and maybe colored to be hard to read, please take the time to read the fine print.
3. A lot of transparencies smell awful, so keep them bagged. Even if you put them in portfolios I recommend keeping them in bags. Seriously they tend to smell bad.

The true collector's value of these items is pretty limited, so my advice is treat them as a limited edition print. Fun for hanging on your wall and owning a piece of history but don't expect a lot of resale value on these.
