Wally Wood's science fiction art gets a lot of attention, but I think his Shock SuspenStories art is among his best. This story is a great example!

I can't believe there's only 3 comments on this classic EC story after all these years! This is a super-fantastic Woody EC story. For me many of the Shock stories were the best, and the toughest stories, that EC produced. Horror and Sci Fi twists were great - we all love em, but Shock stories took out all the stops in social and ethical commentary. They were often a gut punch that left us feeling a little sick cause they portrayed real life, and all mankind's brutality.
