This is a Scorpion concept piece by Jim Craig. The pose resembles the Chaykin cover from Scorpion issue one. Jim Craig did the art for issue 3 of the Scorpion with a significantly different character. Nice redesign of the Atlas Seaboard character. Enjoy.
