Phenomenal commission by Fabrice Le Hénanff! To me, Fabrice really captures the essence of John Buscema here in this amazing watercolor. Like Buscema's work, Fabrice calls up an image of Conan as powerful, unstoppable. You can see it in his massive shoulders, muscular arms, and massive chest. But you can also see it in Conan's eyes. Here, Conan looks at us with a determined look, a challenge to any and all comers. I love Fabrice's painting here, the way parts of Conan are tightly rendered and others are left unfinished, as if Conan's own story is still unfinished. He's not done yet. Congratulations on a fabulous pick-up!
