Description

Dave is one of the best painters to ever hit the comic industry. He has done several covers for many publishers and has also done extensive trading card artwork during his career. He currently has a book called The Monster Engine that he has just recently been published as a hardcover with new material. I highly suggest you to pick it up if you want to get inside how a professional artist sees and renders images. It is well worth every penny. It was such a pleasure to talk to Dave about how he got his start in the industry and talk about his favorite character growing up Wally West (the original Kid Flash). This is the third sketch I have gotten from Dave and I have to say it's the best yet. I love the ink that he applied for this. It's a lot different from the Gambit sketch or the Daredevil sketch I got from him at last year's cons.
