DescriptionFirst, I'm sorry for the cell phone pic. I'm working on a quality scan.I've been wanting to see Cully tackle Victor for a long time. I love his work and knew he would do an awesome job with him. I lucked out at NYCC in being able to get onto his list. Thanks, Cully!! Interesting take on Freeze, i really like what he did on the arms. Is this his own design? Either way congrats on another cool addition to your collection.
