Description

B.C. was doing a "first reply request" last night on her regular blog after completing a commission, and I was the first to respond with "a Sailor Moon villain." This is another Lemure (or Remless) from the fourth Sailor Moon season. This was another of the reoccurring nameless Lemures that often appeared in the background of the Dead Moon Circus, although this one we saw actually being created in Queen Nehellenia's flashback as she slaughtered her people.
