Description

"Alfred, Ahoy!" was a cartoon by Foster Humfreville set in the Navy during World War II. It featured a number of gags revolving around the main character, Alfred. "Afred, Ahoy!" appeared as a regular feature in "Collier's Weekly". This cartoon appeared in the August 22, 1942 issue of that magazine.
