DescriptionKurt Busiek sure knows how to write a fun origin story. In this case it's something of a second origin story.Quizmaster and his Justice Underground of the Anti-Matter Universe were actually shown once before. But here we learn the character Enigma from Trinity once WAS Quizmaster. Here we see Enigma flashing back to his time as Quizmaster and his team of Major Force, Star Sapphire, Sir Solomon Grundy and Gorilla Grodd as the Justice Underground. This occurs while Enigma discusses the horrifying difficulty of being a hero in a world where evil always wins and can't ever really lose. The bottom portion shows a similar flashback regarding Morgan Le Fay. Social/Sharing |
