Scarlet Witch - Mahmud Asrar - 2014 (Marvel Now new costume, Wanda Maximoff, Hex powers)

I've wanted a Mahmud Asrar piece for so long, especially as he hasn't (yet) made a trip down to the Australian convention scene. So, when I got a chance to get a commission as part of a pre-con setup, I naturally jumped at the opportunity.

Of all the incredible characters that I've seen drawn by Mahmud, I really loved his rendition of Scarlet Witch (seen on the Marvel All-New Young Guns poster design), so I wanted this to be my character choice. I love the way her hair and eyes look in this piece; very European indeed.
