Description
This is the cover for the 90's reprint from Marvel of Steve Moncuse's Fish Police series.
It is interesting to see this cover over the others from the earlier series how poorly maintained and cared for by the people that came after (paste up and cover blurbs) as this page is about 40% covered in slightly yellowing glue.
