Description

Erik made my day on Day 1 of the 2 day show. I started wanting a sketch or sketch cover, and he told me it's the same whether on a large board or on a cover, so I went with an 11x17 one instead and sprang for the second character. I got to watch him draw this beauty and when he was finished he even posed for a pic with it. He was great to talk to and a really nice guy. He is a legendary Spidey artist and a founder of Image Comics, for crying out loud! :) I found him to be very approachable a was just thrilled that he took the time. Thanks Erik!

The progress shots are great to see, watching an artist draw is fun and seeing your piece done right in front of you... well that makes a cool memory. beautiful piece, congrats!
