Description

I got to know Tony Moore back when he was drawing Battle Pope (pre-Image), so I was lucky enough to get in on the ground floor when he and Kirkman started the Walking Dead.

This page caused the single strongest reaction in a lifetime of reading comics where I actually said "SHIT!" out loud on the page turn. I believe it was the first human death in the series and just came out of nowhere during that campfire scene.

The next time I saw Tony, I told him I had to buy it and thankfully it was still available. Awesome guy, awesome artist, awesome page!

This is one incredible & early page! Zombies, death of a main character (at the time), and the whole group in the bottom panel make for one hell of a page! This will not go for cheap, that's for sure! ;) Best of luck and thanks for sharing!
