Description

Sir William Gull and John Netley at and inside Saint Paul�s Cathedral: The end of their strange journey around London. The purpose of the journey is revealed to Netley: The magic and symbolic chaining of "the soul of womankind", just like the chains in the ceiling of the church of the misogynist St. Paul are meant to shackle the godess Diana and her followers. And of course the church of St. Paul is situated right where there once stood a Diana temple. Now the only thing remaining is to deal with a few whores, to really put women in their place. Alan Moore at his most inspired and inventive here.
