Description

I discovered Daniel's work a few years back and jumped at the chance for him to tackle his unique vision of Victor Fries. Well, Daniel's work just keeps growing and getting better. I had to have him add his favorite film to one of my sketchbooks. His choice, Darkness from the film "Legend."

As I was discussing with Daniel, "Legend" wasn't a perfect film but it had unforgettable elements. The costumes, make up and cinematography but the most notable was Tim Curry as Darkness. Daniel did a beautiful job on this.

Beautiful addition to the book, bud! For a character called "Darkness", there is an incredible use of light in this piece.

Saw Daniel post this on Facebook and was amazed. The movie wasn't perfect, but I watched it multiple times when I was a kid and I loved it.

I'd say 'most notable' was Mia Sara. Man I had a crush on her in 1985. Oh and Danial is awesome as well. 8 )
