Description
Heroes Convention 2015
Cranboyz 2015: Armed & Dangerous

There are so many reasons to look forward to Heroes Convention in Charlotte each year, but this year I was especially excited because I was going to set up a commission that I had been waiting to get for several years... Master Splinter vs. The Shredder from Dave Wachter. Unfortunately, as the convention got closer, unforseen circumstances kept me from attending. But Dave was still willing to do the commission, and my friends Shane Simek and John Popa were still headed down, so I was able to set it up. Although I hate to miss out on Heroes, there's a tradition which entails my friends pulling pranks on me while I am back at home, and this year was no different. My pal, John Popa was texting me back and forth during the first day of the convention, and he asked if I wanted to see a pic of my commission. I, of course, said that'd be great... and you can check out the additional photo below to see the masterpiece I received, which is also adorned with Dave Wachter's stamp. So, not only did I get a commission that exceeded my expectations from Dave, but I also got another great convention prank from my friends! Thanks to all involved, I love both pieces of artwork!
