Let me please put it in other words: Jesus Merino took a mechanical pencil, and a DC comics board. He drew with the mechanical pencil on the page. Then he took an inkpot and a set of brushes, and inked on the pencils. Some people consider this "tracing" but that is a discussion for another time. After the ink was dry, he took an eraser and rubbed off the remaining pencil and then considered the art finished. I know this still may not be clear enough. Notice how I did not mention the words "blue" or "line" or "photocopy" or "print" or "copy", but if you still think this is a blueline ink, feel free to send your questions, perhaps I also left out details such as with which extremity he took the mechanical pencil or if the ink was funny ink and your art will fade in 2 weeks.
