DescriptionA continuation from New Adventures of Nova #6. As you recall Nova had been taken prisoner by the Imperial Guard and ordered to stand trial on the Shi'ar Homeworld for supposed crimes committed by his predecessor Rhoman Dhey. After clearing himself(and a huge battle with The Gaurd),Lilandra has offered to send Nova back to earth via Stargate a space-warping technology that allows for instantaneous travel between galaxies. Unfortunately this technology is in it's early stages and while Nova finds himself back on earth,It's not the earth he knows! The Stargate has dropped Nova in an alternate Earth. The Radical Realm Comics Earth to be exact. Home to heroes such as Mr.Wonder,Dr. Watts,Gravity Girl and of course Infinite! Nova has 64 imaginary pages to figure out a way back to his own Earth, which also includes a fight/team-up with Infinite and lots of giant robots! I was hooked on Nick Cagnetti's "Infinite Wonders" web comic from the start and thought it would be cool if Nick would let me borrow his character for my Nova cover theme. Nick seemed pretty cool with that. I even went as far as to add his masthead to the cover. The two characters, Rich Rider(Nova)and Nolan Brooks(Infinite),are both high school student superheroes so they share a common bond and similar personal problems,Plus I really dig Infinite's costume. Nick has a fun old school approach to comics and it shows here. Maybe Infinite will pop in on Nova's Earth in the near future? You can read the first three issues of Infinite Wonders online as well as Nicks other book Spirit of the Shadows here. http://www.radicalrealmcomics.com/ Social/Sharing |

Very funky cool :) Reminds me of the Spider-Man / Invincible cross-over.
