I've a great affection for the "Kirbyverse". Some really cool characters and some who, if they're not particularly cool, are at least really cool looking ;) Dynamite's attempted Kirby:Genesis is probably my favorite new series of the 5 years. Loved all the books. I was lucky enough last year to pick up some prelims for Ryan Sook's variant covers and I'm now really happy to be able to say that I've been able to get some of the covers too. The prelim for this one is here. Galaxy Green in the house! Kirby's original Astro-Chicks of 3048 re-imagined for K:G. Some beautiful, slick art from Sook here. The ladies faces remind me a little of Frank Cho's work. That you can actually see the Kirbyesque ship / device above them is nice. On the cover it was removed and replaced with a generic space shot.

I, too, loved the Genesis series and all of these covers were gorgeous. Congrats on acquiring another one!
