Description

Aside from featuring my favourite character, Bobby the groundhog, this is a masterclass in panelling and composition. Look at how the tree suggests his upward motion, as well as leading the eye to the side tier of panels. Then notice that the perspective of each panel shifts downwards as we read, but yet tilts upwards to show the extent of the climb, and the powerlessness of the character. It's wonderful.
