DescriptionThis is a beautiful Fairchild head sketch by J. Scott Campbell, inside his Time Capsule 1994-2004 Retrospective hardcover book that just came out. This was one of his limited "signed and remarked" editions that I was lucky enough to buy one of from his website before they sold out, and it is a large 300+ page book. He gave you the choice of Fairchild or Abby Chase sketches for these, and I wish I could have afforded 2 but it was not meant to be. He did another batch of both at a higher price later, once the first ones were all gone in hours, but the new ones sold out fast as well as he is a hard one to get sketches from these days. I have personally been trying for a Fairchild head sketch for him since SDCC 2008, when I finally made it onto his sketch list, and then he decided not to sketch there after all. So it's been a long time coming and I jumped at the chance to buy this from his online store.Social/Sharing |
