Jean and Scott fighting side by side....Pre-Phoenix Jean Grey looking a little Phoenix-like here! And Scott Summers aka Cyclops going full bore! -1 Sentinel.
I way overpaid for this one 7+ years ago in the Philip Weiss auction...and I'm glad that I did! It has been a favorite of mine!

I'm always looking to buy bronze and silver age X-men original art, color guides, proofs, etc....especially pages from X-men 128.

Both Cockrum and Byrne did awesome on the x-men run. This page is a perfect example of Cockrums work. I can see why you have held on to it all those years.. I am sure there are no regrets on what you paid all that time ago! Congrats!

Great page, Grainger's inks are amazing. And Jean's TK effect is pure '70s psychedelia. Stunning page!

Will, those two pages from the Philip Weiss auctions had me salivating. Unfortunately, the other page has not made its way to CAF. However, thank you for posting your page. It is always great to see sequential pages post to CAF. I am quite frustrated that I did not go for this page with more gusto.
