Description

Honey West #5 -page 6, penciled & inked by Ronn Sutton. In the mid-1960s detective Honey West solves a murder on the set of a schlocky "B" sci-fi movie.

Honey is knocked out and tied up, but escapes soon afterwards. Script by Elaine Lee. Honey West was a 1950s & 1960s character that appeared in nearly a dozen novels and a short-lived TV series starring Anne Francis.

Thanks, Kevin, I enjoyed drawing those three issues, as well as the Honey West crossover with Kolchak the Night Stalker (written by Janet Hetherington). There was talk about me drawing another Honey West story arc written by Trina Robbins but nothing ever came of it. And the comic was cancelled.
