Squadron Sinister 4 page 08 by Carlos Pacheco

I really enjoyed the Squadron Sinister mini serie spinning out Secret Wars. Part of why I enjoyed it so much is that I believe it was Carlos Pacheco’s most inspired work in a long time. It may have to do with his love for those classic characters but that’s simply an educated guess. Or he had a good planning to pencil that serie :)

This page caught my eye is it is the final page of the fight between Nighthawk and Hyperion where we basically have Batman murdering Superman with the Squadron being well known rip offs of the JLA. The hate on Nighthawk's face in the central panel is quite terrifying here.

And I LOVE the pure pencils obviously.
