Description

This is the last of the four Christmas gift/trades from Kaitlyn.

This is the American version of Sailor Mercury from the failed live action/animated adaption of Sailor Moon. The apparent premise was that this version of Mercury, who is the only other white girl in the cast, would've been in a wheelchair and flown around in a specialized ship while transformed. This was another attempt at going for "Diversity" ala Captain Planet or any of the other Saturday morning shows in the late 80s and early 90s.

This is based primarily on the animation cels from the failed pitch and a redesign by tumblr artist Sailorfailures.
