Winchell from Torchlight Lullaby by Ryan Fisher

On the last day of ECCC 2016, I finally noticed Ryan's table. I'm not sure why I'd missed throughout the show - it was near the entrance, but I did.

I'm glad I stopped though. Ryan had a Kickstarter for his graphic novel, Torchlight Lullaby, in 2015. He actually hit his deadline with the first books at ECCC. He had 100 copies shipped by air to sell at the show and all of them were gone except for 3 scratch and dents which I suspect are gone by now. 900 more copies were on the boat to America for sale later.
