Description

When I was 11 and just getting into comics in the early 90's, some of the first comics I ever read were New Warriors #15-17 in which the Warriors battle Terrax. From that point on there was no turning back. I was officially hooked on the hobby.

That initial Nicieza/Bagley run of New Warriors is still an all-time favorite and once I decided to dip my toe into the original art game 20 odd years later, I knew I had to own a page, and if possible, a page from the Terrax arc. As chance would have it, this particular page was available for sale on ebay when I first started hunting around. It took me a few weeks before I decided to pull the trigger because I just assumed that it couldn't possibly be that easy and that either the page must be horribly overpriced or that Bagley New Warriors pages grow on trees and that if I passed on this one, another, even better page would turn up. Both of these things might be true but I soon realized that I just didn't care. I had to have it. And I couldn't be happier with my decision. This page has everything I could have ever wanted and even if a better one does become available some day, this one will always hold a special place in my heart. I couldn't have asked for a better "first page".
