Description

Mike Ploog did the storyboards and some creature design sketches for John Carpenter's The Thing. This is a storyboard from a deleted scene that would have been placed towards the end of the film, building up to the climax -- showing what actually happened to the Nauls character. It is speculated that the scene was never shot due to budgetary and scheduling restrictions. This piece is also signed by Ploog.
