The Hive

While I enjoyed Secret Warriors, I wasn't in a hurry to add Von Strucker's Hydra leader, The Hive, to my book. The Hive was a menacing and destructive villain but didn't really do a lot for me. With the character's recent appearance on Agents of SHIELD, it got me interested again. Knowing I would see Dan Govar at Heroes Con 2016, I knew Dan's style would be perfect for this slimy looking villain. It helps that Dan's a visionary who instantly sees an image in his mind and brings that image to life in such striking artwork!
